Leoriel, nombre artístico de Leonardo Romero Marcano, es un cantante y compositor puertorriqueño nacido el 22 de febrero de 1991 en San Juan, Puerto Rico. Desde los 13 años comenzó a escribir sus primeras composiciones, desarrollando un estilo auténtico influenciado por sus vivencias personales y el movimiento urbano de su generación. Su primera experiencia en escenarios importantes fue en el Centro de Bellas Artes de Guaynabo. En 2017 decidió profesionalizar su carrera, enfocándose en perfeccionar su sonido, imagen y propuesta musical. En 2019 participó en la competencia “Icon Viral”, plataforma que fortaleció su visión dentro de la industria. Leoriel también se desempeñó como corista del artista urbano Eix, experiencia que le permitió exposición internacional. En 2022 participó como artista telonero en el concierto “El Choli Se Muda a Medellín”, consolidando su presencia ante audiencias fuera de Puerto Rico. Tras una pausa por motivos de salud, regresa en 2026 con una propuesta renovada, mayor madurez artística y una estrategia clara enfocada en crecimiento y permanencia dentro del género urbano.
